Hi, I’m Megan!

I’m the Food Corner founder as I work as a nutritionist for more than 20 years. I do not, however, provide nutrition advice for specific medical conditions.

At first I must admit that cooking was not my thing, and many times staff got burned. I didn’t really enjoy all the food preparation, but overtime I became better at it and started loving it. I realized that it can be fun, even if you make a mess of it 🙂

I believe that food is fuel for our body, so basically, I eat real, natural food, full whit vitamins and minerals that can provide me energy I need to get through the day. I dedicated myself to finding healthy recipes that I like and enjoy eating. My personal approach to diet and healthy eating has evolved over the years so I dedicated myself helping others to embarrass new lifestyle and rich their goals. I’m here to help you find meals that are easy to make, and won’t take too much of your free time. If you give me a chance, I will inspire you to cook and also prove to you that healthy food CAN be delicious.

Hello, I’m Michael!

I’m a former athlete, so my whole life is basically dedicated to healthy lifestyle and good nutrition. I don’t have much time for cooking so you’ll find my recipes quick and very simple. I will show you how to make a great pre or post workout smoothie, or a gourmet meal full of proteins to regain your strength. I don’t enjoy cooking but I appreciate a good meal and I like to know what I’m eating. When you buy something, you have no idea what’s really on your plate. Many times, even a salad that sounds light and healthy, can be full with unnecessary carbs. That’s why I decided to start preparing my own meals, and I can advise you to do the same.

I’m proud to be one of the Food Corner founders, and training is only my hobby now. There’s not much more I can say about myself, except that I’m a really bad driver 🙂

Hello, My name is Ryan!

I’m a game developer, but recently I started cooking with my wife I and realized I really enjoy it. So I devoted myself a bit more, and I became the newest member of Food Corner. Let’s be realistic, I’m still in the learning process. In theory everything seems easy, but in practice not so much! Especially when it comes to cakes. I like being fit, feels good, but I’m a bit sugar addicted, so I decided to find a healthier version of sweets. And you wouldn’t believe how good they taste!

So, I want share with you all the amazing recipes, and I can assure you you won’t regret trying them. I will give you the best cakes, sweet pies, protein bars and all dessert tips you need to know. Healthy snacks that will replace your late night meals, and also, some spicy food that I love to eat. I won’t deny, sometimes I treat myself with “food for the soul”, but who doesn’t. Not a big deal, as long as you get get back on track.
